Find Support. Build Meaning. Grow Stronger.

Life can feel overwhelming, whether due to anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, or the weight of expectations. You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. Together, we can work to better understand and make meaning of your story, uncover recurring patterns, and move toward growth.

WORK WITH ME

About My Approach

My work is relational and trauma-informed. A relational approach involves understanding how the quality of your relationships shape your inner world. A trauma-informed approach involves establishing safety and understanding symptoms as adaptations to threatening environments.

My Services

  • Individual Therapy

I am passionate about working with individuals who are hungry to learn about themselves. I help people facing a variety of obstacles, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, guilt, shame, grief, and stress around creativity and performance.

  • Clinical Supervision

There are two primary goals in supervision that shape my approach as a Clinical Supervisor. One, protect the welfare of the client. Two, enhance the professional development and growth of the supervisee. I provide support for clinicians working towards licensure and those post licensure.

About Me

My name is Jonathan, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and psychotherapist based in New York, currently offering virtual therapy for adults (18+) across the state.

I am passionate about helping individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and stress around creativity and performance. My work is both relational—exploring how your relationships shape your inner world and trauma-informed, ensuring that safety and compassion are at the core of our sessions.

With warmth, curiosity, and respect, I aim to create an affirming and inclusive space where you can feel seen, supported, and understood. My goal is not only to help you gain insight but also to support meaningful transformation in how you relate to yourself and others.
